Founded in 2004 with the mission of providing affordable healthcare for all regardless of insurance status, Hope Family Health Services is the only faith-based, non-profit clinic of its kind in Macon County.

Open six days a week, the clinic offers primary healthcare, laboratory services, and assistance with medication on a sliding-scale basis.

Services provided include, but are not limited to, sick exams, well-child exams, adult annual physicals, chronic disease management, family planning, care of injuries, preventive medicine, and simple office procedures.

Consistent with the goal of treating the whole person, providers address spiritual and emotional as well as physical needs when developing a plan of care.
